Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after purchase. During this time, your handbag is carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged to ensure it arrives in beautiful condition.

In some cases, if a style is not currently in stock, your Anji bag may be made to order. When this occurs, processing time may take approximately 2-8 weeks while the bag is carefully produced and prepared for shipment.

If your order requires made-to-order production, our team will contact you by email with an update and estimated shipping timeline.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
