Return and exchange policy

Returns or exchanges may be approved for store credit for genuine manufacturing defects such as faulty stitching, broken hardware, or structural issues, provided you notify us within 5 days of receiving the item.

 

Returns will not be accepted for change of mind, style or color preference, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse. Natural variations in textiles, patterns, and colors are also not considered defects.

 

Because Anji handbags incorporate authentic textiles and natural materials, each piece may display slight differences in pattern placement, texture, or color tone.
These characteristics are part of the beauty of handcrafted pieces and are not considered faulty.
